Registration Details

• Registration is mandatory for participation.
• Seats are limited and will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Workshop is in Hybrid mode. However, participants are encouraged to attend the workshop in offline mode at IIT Jodhpur.
• Upon successful completion, participants will receive a certificate of participation, IIT Jodhpur.

Accommodation at IIT Jodhpur

Limited accommodation may be available at the IIT Jodhpur Boys / Girls Hostels, subject to availability and institute norms.

Participants requiring accommodation at IIT Jodhpur are requested to fill out the Accommodation Request Form Accommodation is subject to availability and institute norms.

After submitting the accommodation request form, you will receive a recommendation/confirmation email for accommodation the next day. Please follow the instructions mentioned in that email for further booking and payment details.

• Accommodation will be provided on a paid basis.
• Priority will be given to outstation participants.
• Accommodation requests must be indicated during registration.
• Confirmation of accommodation will be communicated separately via email.

Please note that accommodation is not guaranteed and will be allotted based on availability.

Hostel Accommodation Charges (Executive Students/Visitors)

Note: Charges are per day per person (Double Occupancy) (excluding GST).

* One bedding set typically includes basic linen items as per institute norms.
